Ayam Panggang Madu III - Kayu Manis, Rosemary & Ketumbar. Spicy Honey Grilled/Roasted Chicken with Cinnamon, Rosemary & Coriander Spices. 

Bahan2nya
1 ekor Ayam Segar - dibersihkan dan gosokan dengan garam sedikit
30gm madu
Serbuk Kayu Manis
Serbuk Ketumbar
Rempah Duan 'Rosemary'
Minyak Zaitun/Canola/Sayuran untuk sapu pada ayam

Bahan untuk rebusan
1 batang kayu manis
1 biji rempah bunga lawang
Sayur campuran - lobak merah & sayur seleri

Cara2nya
Rebuskan sekor ayam di dalam periok yang sederhana, letakan rempah ratus
kayu manis and bunga lawan dan sayur2an campuran. Rebuskan ayam 3/4 masak dan dikeluarkan. Biarkan is sejuk dan sapukan dengan rempah serbuk
kayu manis, ketumbar, madu & dedaun Rosemary. Masukan ayam didalam oven dan panggang selama 20mins. Air rebusan boleh dijadikan sup ayam.
Letakan ayam atas dulang pembakar setiap 10mins di pusing supaya rata dipanggang. Suhu oven 140C 'Grilled setting. Sajikan bersama cili kisar, jus limau & bawang putih ditumbuk.


Ingredient
1 Fresh Chicken whole - clean and rubbed with salt
30gm of Pure Honey
Cinnamon Sugar Powder
Coriander Spice Powder
Dry Rosemary Leave
Olive/Canola/Vegetable Oil for coating over the chicken

Ingredient for boiling chicken
1 StarAnise spice
1 Cinnamon stick
Mixed vegetables - carrot and celery

Method
Boiled the whole chicken in Cinnamon & StarAnise spice with
mixed vegetables and salt. Let it boiled 3/4 cooked and dry it. Mixed with the
spices - Cinnamon Sugar, Coriander & Rosemary leave. Place the chicken in the oven on a grill tray at 140C for 20mins, Grill setting. Turn the chicken after 10mis for even grilling. The chicken stock can be used as chicken soup.
Served with mixed cili paste, garlic & lime juice.
