Roti Baghdad

Roti Baghdad 
1- Flour 500 Grams 
2- Shorting 80 Grams 
3- Salt ½ Teaspoon 

4- Baking Powder 1 ½ Teaspoon 
5- Warm Water As Need Make sure the dough is not sticky 

Method of Making 
1- Add the Flour Salt and the baking powder in the food processors and turn it on for a few seconds 

2- Add the shorting and turn on th the food processor for 1/2 minutes and add the water as needed till the dough is firm. 

3- Take it our from the food processor and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes and cut it in to 60 grams round pices , and let it rest for about 20 minutes. 

4- Heat up the pan without oiling it and open flat the dough with a rolling pin to a 1/2 cm thickness . 

5- put the dough on the hot pan and let it to be at one side till you see air packet then turn it to the other side . repeated for the other remaining dough .... Simple and easy home made roti Baghdad ..
